We will store an audio and visual recording of your notary session, the identification document and details you provided to verify your identity, the document(s) uploaded for notarization in their original, working and completed form, and all information required for the notary’s journal. TrustSafe LLC® does not use customer Digital Vault information for location tracking or targeted advertising. TrustSafe LLC® does not use information to determine or analyze a person’s sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, medical condition, or other legally protected characteristic except when necessary to provide requested services or as otherwise permitted by law. If telephone calls are recorded, TrustSafe LLC® will comply with applicable notice and consent requirements. Payment information may be collected and processed by third-party payment processors used by TrustSafe LLC®, and TrustSafe LLC® does not intend to store full credit card or debit card numbers within customer Digital Vaults.

Depending upon the services selected by a customer, TrustSafe LLC® may provide authorized access to individuals such as executors, successor trustees, agents under powers of attorney, family members, beneficiaries, attorneys, healthcare agents, or other persons identified and authorized by the customer.
User Access to and Ability to Update Personal Information
Customers may access their TrustSafe LLC® account to review or update certain information associated with their account, including account information, authorized contacts, documents, account permissions, and additional TrustSafe LLC® products or services.
TrustSafe LLC®’s Security and Identity Verification Practices
TrustSafe LLC® is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us and maintains physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or loss of personal information. TrustSafe LLC® does not intentionally collect or store Social Security numbers within customer Digital Vaults as part of its standard services. Full credit card and debit card numbers used for purchases are generally processed by third-party payment processors rather than stored by TrustSafe LLC®. TrustSafe LLC® uses backup and redundancy measures designed to reduce the risk of data loss and monitors its systems for security vulnerabilities and suspicious activity. No electronic system, network, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and TrustSafe LLC® cannot guarantee absolute security or protection against every potential risk. Information transmitted electronically or through physical delivery services may be subject to risks beyond TrustSafe LLC®’s reasonable control. We encourage customers to use strong passwords, avoid sharing account credentials, protect their devices, and use multi-factor authentication where available. TrustSafe LLC®’s products and services are not intended to be independently purchased or used by children under the age required to provide valid consent under applicable law. Information concerning children may nevertheless be contained within estate planning documents, beneficiary information, family records, or other documents voluntarily uploaded by an adult customer.
