Refund Policy

Refund Policy: TrustSafe LLC® does not offer refunds for any one-time purchases nor for any free trial services/purchases even when properly converted to paid product access. Refunds are not available for purchases after creation of customer accounts which are utilized and/or accessed by customer after payment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any request for refund must be made within thirty (30) days of the date of initial purchase by customer. Any refund offered by TrustSafe LLC® shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer and shall be subject to requests made within 30 days of purchase.
