*TrustSafe's database search feature relies on the specific information provided by customers at the time of registration. Despite the vast amount of data stored, search results are specific to the information and spelling entered by the account holders and estate planners. A negative search result may be due to a spelling or date discrepancy. Use the "Back" button to re-enter a different spelling, date, &/or to remove any extra spaces next to entered data.

If you receive a positive match to a TrustSafe database name search, the searcher may order his/her Name Designation Report for $9.95 which was entered during account registration. Reports specify how a searched name is registered within TrustSafe's database (beneficiary, disinherited, executor, etc.).
Search results DO NOT INCLUDE any detail pertaining to the identity of the customer who entered the searched name, nor the name of the Estate document(s) associated with the searched name, nor any other personal information related to the account owner during the account owner's life.
If an account owner has passed away, customers may select the "Request Estate Plan Documents" option. Parties who were entered into the database by account creators or authorized agents may be entitled to receive registered documents, a Certified copy of Death Certificate and the requestor's Photo ID are required.
